Psychotherapeutic services require a very personal connection with a provider, and it’s not uncommon to go through a trial-and-error process to find a provider who is a good “fit” for you/your loved one. In the meantime, you may want to consider the following resources for finding a mental health provider.

Some insurance plans may participate. Check with your insurance plan whether Doctor on Demand is an in-network provider and how much your copay or coinsurance would be.
A wellness program designed to help better manage your mental and physical health with ways to advocate for your health, gut health and nutrition, diet and fitness, managing the side effects of medication, substance abuse and smoking cessation and gaining a greater sense of control over your emotions.
